Cornerstone Quilts & More will accept pennies in cash transactions  if payment is made in exact change.  If a customer cannot offer exact change, the total of the transaction will be rounded up or down.  Debit and credit card transactions will not be affected by this government initiative.  More information is available in the shop.  Effective Tuesday, February 5, 2013.
