We had this fabric panel sitting in the $6.00 Sale Bin for quite awhile.  I kept looking at it - really liked the colours in it. 

 

 

Then wondered what it would look like as 2 1/2" strips. 

 





 

Not bad.  Then wondered what it would look like as 2 1/2" squares, especially interested in how the black stripe would work out.

 

 

 

Liked it even better.  Then I started to play.....



 

 

 

 

 

Now here it is ready for quilting....

 

 

If you have a fabric that you're not sure how to use, try chopping it into strips, squares, etc.  You may be greeted by something very interesting.
